When will I find out if my company has won?
The announcement of the winners will be made at the Motor Transport Awards on 2 July 2008 at the Grosvenor House, London.
What are the timings for the evening?
6.45pm Drinks Reception
7.15pm Dinner, The Great Room
8.50pm Awards commence
11.00pm Charity casino, cash bars, band
2.30am Bars close
3.00am Carriages
When will I receive my invitations?
Your invitations will be sent to you in mid-June, in order for you to send onto your confirmed guests.
Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
A form will be included with your invitations requesting this information. Simply complete and return to the Organisers. This form must be returned at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and guests’ requirements may not be taken care of.
How do I order drinks for my table?
The Grosvenor House will email your table hosts details of how to order your drinks online. You can order additional drinks on the night through your wine waiter. However you will be asked to settle the bill by credit card/cash on the night for these additional drinks.
How do I buy tickets for the dinner?
You can purchase tickets online by clicking on the Table Booking menu button and submitting your details.
What is your cancellation policy?
One calendar month (2 June 2008) or more prior to the event a full refund is given. Thereafter no refund is given. All cancellations must be made in writing to sharon.webb@rbi.co.uk and the booker should not assume this cancellation has been actioned until they receive written confirmation.
In the event that this function is cancelled by the Organisers, a full refund will be made of any booking fees paid. However, if the Event is postponed for reasons beyond the direct control of the Organisers, this booking will be transferred to the revised date of the Event and no refund will be due.
